Sourcing
Every factual claim is checked against peer-reviewed literature, a regulatory monograph, or a manufacturer's own stability and efficacy data. Where the evidence is mixed, the piece says so and describes the disagreement.
Review
Drafts are reviewed by a formulator before publication. Reviewers are named on the piece where they contributed beyond fact-checking.
Corrections
A factual error is corrected in place, with a dated note at the foot of the article describing what changed. Silent edits to a claim are not made.
Commercial independence
Products are linked because they belong in the routine being described, never because a placement was sold. Sponsored content does not run in the Journal.

Photography is the studio's own or licensed stock. Cover credits are recorded on every post.
